Mystery Quilt-Spring Blooms

Please join us in making Spring Blooms, our newest mystery quilt! This project should help get us through the remaining weeks of winter as we dream of getting back out in the garden!
I’m showing a couple of peeks here, but the entire design will not be revealed until early April when the final set of instructions goes out. If you order the kit, I will begin mailing them on about March 12th. These kits will include all the cottons and wools for the top, back, binding, and the first set of instructions.
The next set of instructions will be sent out on Monday, March 23rd and each Monday thereafter until you have all four sets of instructions. Once you have purchased the kit, there will be no further charges. The instructions for weeks 2, 3, and 4 will be emailed to you so you may print them and get busy right away! If you aren’t able to print them, please let me know that you need the paper patterns mailed to you.
If you wish to use your own fabric, the patterns will be available for purchase (either digital or paper) for $3 each week or the entire pattern at the end will be $10.95.
Here is a rough schedule (dates may vary slightly):
Week #1 (March 12)- fabric requirements and cutting instructions
Week #2 (March 23)- quilt assembly
Week #3 (March 30)-wool applique
Week #4 (April 6)-finishing!
A bit more about Spring Blooms: This is a wall-hanging size, finishing at 21” x 21”. The main colors are black and spring green with striking wool applique. The piecing is pretty basic, and the wool applique is not extremely detailed. I will give detailed instruction as we go along and will always be available to answer your questions. I do love how this quilt has turned out and I’m confident that you will, too!
