Wooly Window Boxes (Block #1), representing January, is the first in a series of twelve 10" finished blocks by the Stitching Among Friends Facebook group.
These blocks have a cotton background and the appliques are done in wool.
The kits for block #1 include the cotton fabrics, the wool for the appliques, and the buttons. Thread kits are available as a separate purchase and include six spools of size 12 Valdani pearl cotton as shown, or similar colors, depending on availability.
